Rosehip, pollen, and honeysuckle followed quickly by spice, lemon balm, floral anise, and wormwood — lots of it. The balance of all these elements, along with just the right amount of floral spice, and a finish that goes on forever, makes this one of the finest absinthes in the craft category or almost anywhere.
